USA: We offer free shipping on all orders over 99$ and these will be sent out using USPS or UPS. Standard shipping takes around 7-10 days to arrive. International: All orders outside the US will be shipped using USPS FIRST-CLASS. Standard shipping takes around 1-4 weeks to arrive. Customers are responsible for eventual duties and taxes before or after receiving the international order(s).

If you are not completely satisfied with the order, we offer a full refund in thirty (30) days.
The following restrictions may apply:
- Any seasonal surcharges will be included in your order’s delivery total and are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is restricted to your own expense.
Please ensure your return meets the following standards:
- The product is in its original state and packaging.
- Apparel has the original info card attached.
- Playing Card Deck is in the original holder.
- Accessories have all parts of the original packaging. All discounted item sales are final and not eligible for refund or exchange.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping details provided. You can use the tracking number from the email to find the status of your parcel on the carrier's website.

Changed your mind? No worries! You can cancel or change order details before the parcel is shipped. (You will receive an email with shipping details provided once the parcel is on its way.)
